As long as the king isn't using instructional cards he only has 40 people total in his orginization.
Back in the day to stop this kind of thing we'd just stick a truck with a nuke in the back in their base. If they backstabed their base got remodeled. Rather effective, though unfortuately vulnerable to airstrikes.
